What is your Refund Policy ?

My item is faulty, what should I do ?

Read our “Returning faulty, damaged products or wrong item” section in our Refund Policy for instructions on how to start a return.

Who pays for return postage ?

In the unfortunate event that your item arrived faulty, damaged or you received the wrong item, we will pay for the return postage. For non faulty, damaged items or you received the correct item(s) you will pay for the return postage.

Will my shipping costs be refunded ?

Shipping costs are free for orders £45 or more, no shipping cost refund will be due.

Shipping costs for orders below £45, will only be refunded if your order is faulty,damaged or incorrect.

If the total cost of your order is £45 or more, and you return any items in that order which, takes your order total below £45. We will deduct the shipping cost from your refund amount before issuing a refund to the original payment method used when you placed the order. (Unless faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.)

Where is my parcel ?

All parcels are shipped and tracked using Royal Mail tracking service. You can track your orders here: by following the instructions or download the Royal mail app. You will need your tracking number. 

Using the the Shop app is another easy and convenient way to track orders with your tracking number. You will need to download the Shop app first before you can track your orders.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive ?

Royal Mail estimate delivery of your parcel in 2-3 days. 

Where do you ship to ?

We ship to the UK only.


Can I amend my order after I've placed it ?

We can not makes changes to your order once you've placed it. Changes include, changing delivery options, delivery address or payment method.

You can cancel your order up to 1 hour after placing your order.
